I recently booked Nigel for a last-minute removal service, ans we exchanged and completed on our new home and I must say that the experience was exceptional. From the moment I called Nigel, his politeness and willingness to accommodate our needs were evident.
Nigel went above and beyond to ensure that our move was stress-free. He understood the urgency of our situation and worked diligently to make it happen smoothly. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail like making sure he didn’t walk in any dirt onto our fresh cleaned carpets carful with our experience furniture etc and the level of professionalism he displayed throughout the process.
During the move, Nigel brought along a young lad to assist him. This young man was not only hardworking but also incredibly polite. Together, they formed a formidable team, working efficiently to complete the removal in a timely manner.

I can’t believe the amount of stuff accumulated and felt lost at where to start. But with Nigel and Dave I was able to relax a bit, knowing they’d sort things efficiently. Astonishingly quick, a piano that no one else would touch was out within 5 minutes?!!! I truly am eternally grateful. Nigel’s the man! I always like to use local people where I can so I was keen to speak with Nigel whilst planning decluttering my mums house and moving her from a house she has lived in for 55 years. Nigel cleared the garage and shed in double quick time and did tip runs and then we planned in the actual move. Nigel (and dave) are so helpful and friendly, offering the best advice. They implemented a great plan, to make the whole event go smoothly, made the whole thing less stressful for my 82 year old mum and made it all look easy for a very reasonable price, saving us money where they could. Really appreciate the brilliant job Nigel did clearing out my grandfathers house, which was full of 60 years’ worth of clutter! He did an amazing job, really efficient and kept me completely in the loop the whole time. Nigel first helped us with the clearance of our Mum’s home and moving our Brother into assisted living three years ago. He has recently helped us with clearance of our Brother’s flat. Due to us living a long distance from Ashford, Nigel was kind enough to spend a lot of time in the flat to help us identify his belongings we wanted to keep. He then carefully packed the items and delivered them to a friend of ours in the local area. Without his help at this time due to the loss of our Brother and Covid restrictions we don’t know how we would have done this. My Move
I have recommended Nigel and Ben to many friends and family since they helped me to move. They where punctual and ready to work straight away.

Nigel was recommended to me by my brother, whom had previously used his services. After speaking with Nigel about my house move, I was completely filled with confidence. Nigel was polite and listened to what my requirements were.
On the day of my move Nigel was punctual and straight on with the job in hand. Nigel moved my two bedroom flat (3rd floor, no lifts, tight corners) and garage contents from Staines to a lock up and friends house for storage. I was really pleased with the handling of my belongings. The move was done in really good time as he loaded the van so well. House Move from Richmond to Harpenden
Nigel and Ben helped us move twice -once from a flat in Richmond (3 flights of stairs and no lift) to a storage unit and then a about 3 month later from the storage unit to our new home in Harpenden.
Nigel is friendly, professional, and very efficient. He and Ben delivered all our boxes and furniture with a smile and a good sense of humour, everthing was done in a few hours, nothing was damaged, and they even went the extra mile at the end to help us put together our very beautiful but very heavy dining room table made of teak railway sleepers.
